HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
- We aim to make placing an order as easy as possible:
- Find the item you want to purchase.
- Select the size you want.
- Click Add to cart.
- Click on your shopping cart or go directly to the checkout and fill in your payment, billing and delivery details.
That's it - just wait patiently for your order to arrive at your door.

Fill out the returns document included in your order or download it HERE.
Please note: this is not a pre-paid label and you will have to pay the postage costs.
Post your item back to us & we will refund the cost of your item. If you wish to replace it, please order again.
We only offer refunds & not exchange of items at this present time.
Please note: the item you are returning should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
If your order hasn't left the warehouse & we are notified in time then we can change the address. Please email us with new address details here -firstname.lastname@example.org with 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' as the subject of your mail.
If the item has left the warehouse, we unfortunately cannot do anything.
Please check your address details thoroughly before ordering.
WHEN WILL AN ITEM BE RESTOCKED?
All news regarding item restocks will be updated on our social media sites.
We like to keep the ranges & lines as exclusive as possible so often if an item sells out, it may be gone forever. Don't wait around if you see something you want!
At this moment we can only accept payment in GBP £ - all orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and automatically deduct the correct amount from your bank account in your local currency.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER

ITEMS BOUGHT AT A SHOW
Our online store is ran completely separate to the merchandise you find on tour, both are owned by the band but to avoid confusion we are unable to offer any refunds/exchanges. All tour merchandise sales are final however if you have received a faulty item please contact our customer care team who will do their best to help you.
CAN I DESIGN FOR WHILE SHE SLEEPS?
Everything you see on the Sleeps Brothers Store is designed by the band. However we are always happy to see your designs and will always consider them for the store. Anyone wishing to share their designs with us, must have an (up to date) online portfolio, which can be linked with the potential designs attached in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
